really nice experience, will definitely go again next time. super base for holiday. convenient and ideal location, 10 minutes' walk from a large aquarium. not too far away from the city centre attractions. very very helpful and nice staff, excellent service. a walk-in shower bath, a hair dryer, a walk-in shower, and bath sheets.

Everything here felt great, it was a fantastic stay on vacation. Staff was helpful and nice. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, coffee/tea making machines, multi-channel television, and a sitting area were useful.

I can just recommend this place for staying, enjoyed it very much. Thanks for such wonderful stay on vacation. Has exceptionally comfortable bed, slept well. There's views of the sea. It has great setting really close to nearby restaurants, the Old Town and a nice neighbourhood.

We recently stayed at Poem Suites for a few nights and had a fantastic experience! The hotel had a great design with a unique shower in the middle of our bedroom. The room was clean and had all the utilities we needed, including a fully stocked kitchen. We were given a bay view room on the second floor, which was absolutely stunning. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our stay even better. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable and all the equipment, from the coffee machine to the washing machine, worked perfectly. The location was ideal, just a block away from the beach and with a bus stop right across the street to the Old Town. Additionally, the check-in process was contactless and the staff was prompt in responding to our emails and messages. We even got a late check-out on our departure day. We would definitely stay at Poem Suites again!

I absolutely loved the beautiful decoration of the hotel. The elegant furnishings and stylish design created a pleasant and comforting atmosphere. The general areas were also very well-maintained and clean, which made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. Moreover, as a senior woman, I found the hotel to be easily accessible, with no stairs or long distances to walk. This made it very convenient for me to move around and enjoy all the amenities the hotel had to offer.

If I had one wish for a better vacation for senior people, it would be for the staff to be more attentive and considerate towards the needs of older guests. Sometimes, I felt that the children working there were not as attentive to my requests as I would have liked.

The location of the hotel is perfect, just a minute walk from the famous Canteras beach. it is conveniently situated right opposite the bus stop to the Old Town, making exploring the city easy. the rooms are well-equipped, with clean bathrooms and all necessary utilities. the friendly staff provides uncomplicated check-in and contact.

It is unfortunate that there are no hooks in the rooms to hang towels or clothes.
